Sorry if am being boring here, but if you start doing stuff that'll get you into trouble (selling cigarettes at school); stuff which shows people you're dishonest (not returning your parents change if you go on erands, ripping your friends off or whatever) then the chances are you'll not get your tank as your parents will ground you for the rest of eternity!!
I'd go for car-washing, or do other peoples ironing, or gardening, or cleaning... if you're prepared to do a good job, then I'd've thought you'd have people queing up to pay you to do odd jobs!

Why dont you hold a garage sale as you guys call them you could maybe raise the money that way. Or maybe even better do some sort of sponsered even and ask people to sponser you if you tell them what the funds are for and maybe if you make more than you need pick a charity and donate the rest of it to them i know if a young guy or girl asked me i would sponser them shows you want to work for the money you need and that you only need that money and any extra will help out other people.

garage sale sounds good i have a sh!tload of junk and stuff im selling a calculator on ebay a TI-83 plus graphical onei shood get one ready this weekend

im also thinking of making different breeed typed of fish like danios that dont like schooling and stuff but for that i would need danios, that would actually be interesting, or better yet the HARDY neon tetra lol thats not happening.. i think the danio idea would work(with zebra danios) it would require months of work

the gameboy advanced's are going for 40$ + so ill tell ya how mine works out. i helped my neighbor clean out his basement last year and made 40$ and got lots of neat junk. try that maybe?
