Hi All, some help, if you please...i have little white worms swimming in my tank. They're a threadlike little thing, about 10 mil long and they move by wriggling really quickly for short bursts.
The tank has only 5 Amano shrimp in it at the moment. It's recently cycled 170L (45 GAl) fully planted setup.
I'm guessing that my fish will make short work of them when i introduce them but i'd like to be sure they're not some wierd parasite first.
Any ideas? no photos due to camera issues, sorry.

Sounds like it could be planaria or something similar. Not an uncommon thing to see in a cycling tank at all. And depending on the fish, you are right about them probably enjoying the meal(s).

Well, if it's fry it's a miracle as there are no fish in there yet! I can't find any pics online that look like these thingys but i'm sure it'll be fine... My angels will eat anything!
