alrite guys,

i kno cichlids change colour but all mine normally do it over the time of a few minutes and its normally jus to get darker colours or an extra stripe.

i bougth this guy cos he was black and i hadnt seen a black cichlid before.

so he spent 3 weeks being black like in the photo below.

but now he looks like this

took him a few days to get that blue too and hes stayed the same ever since (about a week now).

anybody kno what he is and what colour hes meant to be? lol

it looks like a juvie "sciaenochromis fryeri" to me.
