hello i am new to this...anyways, i have recently found the worms that cause ick in my tank. all of my fish are healthy and do not have ick.
a few weeks ago, 3 of my tanks had these same worms (the fish clearly had ick though) and i disinfected EVERYTHING. i cleaned two of the three tanks that had the
worms before and all of the worms were gone and the new fish are healthy. My question: what product can i use to kill the worms and how did they get there?

today i cleaned out one of my 1.5 gallons wich was used for baby feeder guppies. the tank hadn't been cleaned in a while ( no worms were in it at the last clean)
nothing (nets, water from different tank, etc) had touched that water, only thier food. all the babies are healthy. How did the worms get in there???
please help ME!!!!! :-(

Welcome to the forum.
Worms do not cause ich. Ich us a tiny parasite that shows itself on fish as tiny white dots that resemble individual grains of salt on the fish's skin. When they are in any stage except as an active parasite on the fish, you will not be able to see them. I suggest that you go to the tropical emergencies section and describe what you are actually seeing. Do not call something ich but instead express your concern and if possible show a picture of what you are seeing. People in that section are far better at disease diagnosis than most of us in this section.
