My female guppy in one of my tanks has ich pretty bad. This is the second time my tank has had it (rather, it didn't completely clear up the first time). Currently waiting to dose the 2nd round of API Liquid Ick treatment, then water change, and hoping it will help her. Opinions? What do you guys think?

Is this also fungus on her too?

Yes it does look like a fungal infection to me, you could treat with an antifungal medication or go for small daily water changes. This can sometimes happen after a nasty case of Ich where the parasite has burried under the skin leaving a tiny open wound.

Some sad, sad news today. This girl has died overnight. It must have been worse than what it looked like, as Ive been treating it. Do I still need to treat the tank, and should I do any water changes since I am not sure how long she was dead for?

Oh I am sorry :( she didnt look that bad in the pics. Has the ich cleared from the other fish? if the other fish are clear of ich you could stop dosing, but keep a close eye on the tank. I think the ich weakened her just too much :(

I believe you might be right. Nobody else in my tank looks sick. Would it be safe to do a 25% water change?
