i know that guppies are easy
& i know that bn plecs are

i looking something to breed which i can feed flakes or cumumber to & not have to feed them live food
i think kribs maybe
any other ideas

oh do you
do the fry have to have live food

all fry SHOULD have live food, it helps them grow properly, so unless you cant supply them with live food, i suggest you put off breeding for a while.

oh right
but BN plecs do not
do they

i think i might be apply to get live food but is there anything else that Kribs fry need

Bristlenoses do breed easy actually. You could try a species of shelldwelling cichlid but those require a more specialized habitat and are strictly species-only.

ok i do not wanna get it wrong
so
this is what i do
i just get a f & m
& put hiding places in
caves ect
let them do the rest
i feed them cucumber ( i mean the fry )

is that right

Try Sea Monkeys.... There is absolutely no point in you bothering to try to get anything to breed if you don't care about proper food, tank size, tankmates, tank layout....

if you are looking to breed, you have to feed live food no matter what fish it is because live food is full of nutrition, which helps the fry grow.
if you are going to breed start with something like guppies, they are quite easy to care for and the fry can eat fine flake.

DONT TRY TO BREED FISH YOU HAVENT GOT THE TANK FOR! :)

Even guppies benefit from a good varied diet, including live food and veggies. But note that all live food does not necessarily have to be live- as in swimming around in the tank- there is a lot of nutrition in frozen or jellied live food. Also, things like infusoria (for small fry) are not difficult to grow- a banana skin in a glass of water; I did this when I was 10.
Anyway, if you are going to breed- have you got grow-out tanks? And, just as importantly, have you got somewhere that will take your fry? Judging by the number of very young bristlenoses seen in the shop around here, they are overrun with fry from people who haven't got the space to let the youngsters grow out to a decent size at home. If you run out of homes, have you got the space to separate the male and female? once they have got the idea of breeding, they may want to carry on.

ok i will get some live for guppies
