anyone know where you can get somethign that pretty? I want one of those and then some normal finned ones. It looks like a wild one with bred in fins.. I wonder if it is as sencitive as wild ones.

looks like what is know as a veiltail angel.
in other words a man made long fin variation.
they do not do well with std angels due to the longfins making a good target.
other than that all keeping aspects are the same as for std angels
