I Think My Bronze Corydoras Is Ill

He seems to be slightly lighter in colour and is lying on his side alot. When he swims, he looks ok. But is spending alot of time hiding. He also looks slightly lighter in colour and im not sure if his scales are sticking out slightly. Any help please?

My water paremeters are. Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 30
Ph 7.5
Temperature is 24°c

He is breathing quite fast. I have done a 50% water change about 30mins ago anf added stress coat.
 
One thing you could try is move him to a small tank if you have one or try and attach an ice cream tub (something similar) to your tank and pop him in there with just enough water to cover him, this can sometimes help them right themselves. If you do have a hospital tank a good general all purpose medication is esha 2000, this may help.
 
This fish is dying I think. What are you feeding it Ginty ? Is (s)he alone?
 
I was feeding him sinking algae pellets.

I had another one too. But sine them i lost both.
They both died the same way.
Ive treated my tank because i noticed my swordtails had white spot. Now ive had no strange behaviour or deaths for 3 weeks.
Id like to try again with corydoras but i think i need to change my gravel as i have quite big white stones for gravel
