I Think I Found A Problem

last month, i jus bought a tank and silicon was used to hold th sides of the tank together, mthe store owver sid all i had to do was to soak the tank in water for a day and its safe for use...but the thing is, i only filled water up to 4/5 of height of the tank and soaked it....now, im thinking of filling my tank almost all the way up but there is still the 1/5 height left which i did not soak the water in, is it okay for me jus to pour in the water? my tank is cycled already btw...

yes its a normal tank from a reputable fish store near my area...the owner said the silicon used was safe for tanks but jus to soak it in water for extra precaution...

yep should in my oppinion be fine then, maybe get a cloth and damp it then run it around in the tank to collect up all the dus etc,,,
