Kneel down on the floor, place one finger over one nostril and press hard, now inhale deeply through your nose,
That shoud get everything back to normal....
You need to buy some more fish flakes..nice story though.

This forum is full of people with good advice and this is up there with the best, btw it worked, but got a funny taste left in mouth not a problem, a nice cup of tea has sorted it
