I need some help (mods?)

I am trying to add to the thread the skinny on algae eaters corrections/supplementals welcom

I want to know what resources I can use to do this.
1. Can I go through old threads and quote people who have owned specific fish?
2. Can I go to other websites and put information about fish on here.
2a.If I do should I say what website I used.
2b.can I use more than one source and compile the info
3. Or should I only post what I have personal experience with and leave it at that.

Well, I'm not a mod, but as to using other peoples experiences (tff people), as long as you ask it should be OK. Just drop a PM by, don't forget to add a heap of compliments, eg, wow, what a big tank you have!
