I Got Them!

I finally got my crabs! Their names are Bam Bam and Pebbles! I love them! Bam Bam is missing a claw though But he is still cute! SO FUN TO WATCH!!

Just curious..do you have alot of pets? Did you add sand to your crab tank? Are they in brackish water? heater? plants? rocks? What do you feed yours? I tried with mine: lettuce, spinach, carrots, grapes, raw fish..they weren't impressed. I give them flake food, krill, plankton, dried bloodworms, and crab pellets. I give them a variety every night and they often sit on their driftwood like they're waiting for dinner. I thought for sure they'd like the other food, but didn't. I have a very tight screened lid because they LOVE to escape! I keep their tank humid, they like it warm. Just wondered what your tank set-up is for your crabs? The one missing a claw: was he like that when you bought him and did they let you choose your crabs?
