I Finally Did It Added Angels To My Tank With Guppies

iv wanted angels for ages but i have 8 male assorted guppies ranging from diiferent colours and i was at my lfs when i saw 2 small black angels for £5 and thought what the hell, they have been in there now for 1 week and they are all getting on brilliantly and i just love them so im glad i got them in the end

how big is your tank? they might get on well now but as the angels grow your guppies could very well become lunch!

they def will, my angels used to eat guppies, and esp with those male tails they will get nipped as well.

Heehee my angels grew three times the size within a year or so, keep an eye on them as they can be cheeky!

Our angels never even look at our guppies there too busy chasing each other. They keep the baby guppies under control which is handy

Sadly cute baby fish soon grow into large adults and things may well change once your angels are fully grown. Don't let the name and appearance fool you - there is nothing angelic about angels! Angels are CICHLIDS after all and as such will probably be aggressive, territorial and eat any fish that fits in their mouths.
