I Failed My Fishies, Help Me!

Hello well my fisies are in a state of what it seems to be constant struggle to stay alive.
I have been looking for clove oil (eugenol) everywhere but cant seem to find it.

Any ideas where I can buy clove oil in Canadian stores???
Ive also been looking for ammonia for when I restart my tank to have it properly cycle.
I cant seem to find pure ammonia anywhere also or my the grocery stores just blow around my house.
