i just couldn't resist, but now i am worried.....

i got 4 sparking gouramis, and omg were their colors great or what!

so i got 4, in a 55 gallon tank...(it is cycled)

and they dont seem to be eating...

well just wanna ask if this is compatible

4 sparking gouramis
8 zebra danios
8 tiger barbs
5 clown loaches
1 baby plec
3 ud cats (maybe)

Oh and sparkling gouramis are supposed to be "rare" too right?

Is it the tank in your sig? It doesn't seem like it would be too crowded. Although 4 gouramis together could be a future recipe for disaster. Maybe they're just settling in.

I agree with kelly, they take awhile to adjust to a new enviroment and may take a few days to eat, a healthy fish can go to about a week with not eating, although i would not recomend it!

i recently bougth some dwarf gouramis and they did eat A BIT for the first few days, ad hid under the filter. A few days on he would eat ONLY if i put the food in, put the lid on and left the room. Hes getting better you just have to wait
