So, what's the difference? Upgrading him from a 1 gallon to a 1.5 gallon?

How about... an internal filter
I was going to go for an all glass aquarium 2.5 with no bonuses and a closed top that I'd have to keep cracked to let air in.

But then, for $10 plus, I get a tank that has lights, an internal filter, and even compartments. And a much cooler cubey look that's modern-esq.

I'll get pics of midnight and the new tank after christmas when i get my crappy digital camera. you can wait for them just like all your other presants

heh, he's doing fine as of this morining. I love this new tank too. Instead of that odd pentagon thing, it's a nice much roomier cube. $12 more for a filter too? once the cycle finishes, that means if ever need be for smalle fish. it can be a hospital.

much beter results than a stand still 1 gallon. I never though I'd find anything under 2 that came with a filter. and it has room to place a heater in. allthough that'd be one small heater.
