I Am Soo Stupid

yeah well on Saturday, having nothing better to do after I'd watched the rugby (yay did we beat the Welsh or what?) I cleaned out the tank, gave the gravel a good going over in the non planted areas, changed 25% of the water as I was so busy sucking out the poop and for good measure, cleaned the filters, oh yes. Stats all perfect before I started, of course.
And, well, I always check the stats on a Tuesday - just one of the things I do
And I've got a mini cycle! Nitrate at 0.3 but 0 amonia thank god.
am I stupid, or what?

Any thoughts?

If only I had hoovered the house instead. Now that really does need doing....

I don't want to change the water today unless I really must. Bunged in a double dose of Cycle.
absolutely no sign of any of them being sick at all - I shall so blame myself if any of them 'take to their beds' over this!

How is .3 for nitrates and no ammonia a mini cycle? What about the nitires
