I think you may just have to put up many shelves and invest in a small stepladder to keep it out of reach of kittens and little ones.

I'm in Leicester too and I'd love to rescue these guys but £60 is so expensive when you consider all the alternative homes/dividers/heaters etc I'd have to buy for the poor things

Yeah I know. Seems like he thinks they're all worth money even in that condition! Even if they were separated and brought back to awesome condition, veiltails are only about £2.50 each in the shops here anyway, doesn't seem like there'd be any resale value at all

when i was in contact with him he said £50 was the lowest he would go, if i have another 60l i would consider it more as i would split each into 6 giving them 10l eaach for recovery then adopt them out, i know thats not alot of space for them but they would be seperate, i would need to buy another double stand for £55 then another 15 dividers which i can get at £5 each so it would cost me £100 plus and i would have 2 extra tanks i don't have the space for

Just read this now and what a total **** ! Why do people buy fish they dont know anything about especially fighters and males too! Its people like this that do not deserve the privalege to keep fish.

OMG!! just read this. what a cruel s.o.b. i am in scotland so don't think i can help i hope someone nearer and with space can take them all soon. i doubt they will last much longer otherwise...poor fish. this person is a complete disgrace.
