I accidentaly scraped my pleco

I was moving some stuff around in my aquarium and I didn't see my pleco in one of the caves. I just looked in and saw that he has at least one scrape on the side of his head. Is there anything special I should do to help him, or will it heal itself?

put some of that stress coat in that helps enhance their slime coat. that outta help out some....

If the scrape looks sort of deep or if it does not heal up within 1-2 days, i would put in some Melafix....just because it will prevent it from getting infected
