Hypnos' Tail Has Changed... Think It's Bad....

So I've just got in from work, done my usual 30% water change on his tank, fed him his pellets and algae wafers for the shrimp. Have noticed his tail :s praying its not fin rot but it looks like milky patches on the tail fin..
Am trying to take good photo but he's excited to see me and now full of food!

I saw this yesterday, but was hoping someone else could reply. I can't really see the spot with any clear detail. Can you describe it at all?

I can thee anything. Try to get a close up pic of his tail.

It's like milky spots, it's really hard to see unless he's right under the light! Grrrr. I've dosed the tank with Melafix and aquarium salt and am keeping an eye on him, will continue to try to take more pictures, might try my big camera..
