hi all, is this product ok for my up and coming marine project for a 50g tank :)

can someone tell me how much salt ill need 2, its for a 50g uk tank, with lots of tufa rock, which makes it 40g

Hi...I'm not familiar with that particular brand, but, floating hydrometers generally are more accurate than plastic ones. However, the readings must be adjusted for temperature and I'm sure I don't have to tell you about the bobbing/floating away/back of the tank thing. I highly recommend that you invest in a refractometer. They run about $40 on Drs. Foster and Smith. SH
