Hi All

I have 4 girls in a 10 gal with 2 mini Cory Cats. I am having problems feeding the Corys because of my piggy girls. As soon as the Corys start to eat, or even look for food, the girls swarm to the bottom and harrass them horribly. Yesterday they actually ate part of a Cory's top fin. He is ok but I worry they are not getting enough, if much at all, to eat. I tried feeding at night in the dark in a way back corner. I bought a large breeder today and managed to catch 3 while the Corys ate but the other one still followed them around in an obnoxious way. I found it is really hard to catch them in a heavily planted tank :-(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am afraid I will have to find new homes for the Corys if I can't find a solution.

this happens to mine... let the bettas attack the pellets and then the cories will dig and find pieces and eat off of that :) or you can just feed them late LATE at night when the bettas cant see!!

I did not realize Bettas can't see at night....I tried to feed at night and woke up to the Cory's torn fins. I thought about feeding flakes one meal a day, since they are messier there would be crumbs for the Corys.

Thanks so much
Sandi
