How To Setup A Sority Tank?

How should i setup a sority tank? It will be housing 10 female bettas so what should i put in it? Lots of plants,caves etc?
Ideas appreciated please. I have a filter sorted and could use an air pump too.

lots of caves so they can get away from each other lots of tall big leafed plants for them to rest on and some floating plants like amazon frogbit and some bogwood if you want it.
