I usually use a large mouthed drink bottle put about 3/4 of the shrimps water in the bottle and put a bit of weed in the bottle for the shrimp to cling too. Depending on the type of shrimp and the expected temperatures during transit you may need to pack the bottle in a sytrofoam box with possibly a heat pack.

I normally double bag them with a third water and two thirds air. Make sure they have some moss or filter wool to hold on to. I then wrap the bags with bubble wrap and fill the box with screwed up newspaper to make the package tight and add insulation. Depending on the species and season you may need a heatpack. I have posted hundreds and hundreds and not had any DOA yet.

IMO for Cherries, you will not need a heatpack between now and October :good:

Agreed, just keep an eye on night time temperatures over the next week or so and check temperatures for the location you are sending to as well
