How To Make Infusoria?

I thought id start a post asking everyone on how you make your infusoria, this would be good for people starting these cultures etc as there are so many methods. and infusoria can sometimes be a pain to get going when you need it.
so please provide details of how you make yours this would be interesting to see what is the best methods

is this a fry food? im not familiar with infusoria

I wouldnt bother. There are plenty of good fry foods including liquid fry foods that will do the job without all the aggro. i always keep some incase unexpected fry turn up. Another good tip is to keep some live moss balls in your main tank as they contain infusoria to feed fry, and you can also transfer them to a fry tank if needed.

+1 Agree with the moss balls i have 15 in my tank and my Apisto has moved her fry to a clump of 3 moss balls, where they just pick all day at it

Java moss rocks work great, too. Heck just a clump of the stuff will do in a pinch.

moss balls & java moss are good,plus filter mulch contains good microbs for wee fry
