I don't normally have anything to do with big fish, and breeding information on food fishes is usually not found in aquarium books. The best place to look for info on food fishes is the local government fisheries office. They normally have information about aquaculture and the fish used for commercial food production.

The following link is all I could find online and covers one species. Most of the fish in the genus should have similar requirements, although the smaller species might breed at an earlier age. But generally big fish take a couple of years to become sexually mature.
