How To House Guppy Fry

So my guppy gave birth a couple of days ago (finally ) to six very healthy fry. Right now, they are housed in the plastic breeding trap, but I need to clean my aquarium soon. I would also like to give them a bigger space to grow up in before they are old enough to be released into the main tank. I will be using a plastic critter container that's about 1 foot by 3/4 a foot large. What do you generally put into these tanks as far as filters, heaters and other things? I do not have an extra heater on hand right now nor do I have a small filter with me. I have actually housed a batch of fry before without using these, but I only had two out of the 5 survive.

Idearly u need at extra heated tank to rear the fry, a simple sponge filter is the best filter to use, power filter are fat to strong for the fry.

However 6 fry should be fine in a trap untill their half an inch long, at that size they sould be able to aviode most mouths.
