How To Feed A Catfish

What is the best way to feed a catfish, is it four times a day or more.

Feeding frequency is up to personal tastes. I feed all of my fish once a day but could as easily feed 3 times a day by simply cutting each feeding down to about 1/3 as much in each tank. If you feed live foods, like worms for instance, the catfish will love digging up the ones that escape them the first time in a feeding and it will prevent them getting bored too.
