How To Change Fish-R-Fun Uv Sterilizer Bulb?

Hi all

I've got a 24watt fish-r-fun UV sterilizer and have noticed that the water is going green. The LED on the power pack isn't lit so I remember reading that this tells you the bulb has failed. Any ideas how to open the unit to change the bulb? Have tried pulling/twisting it all ways, even carefully prising apart with a screwdiver, but it isn't having any of it!
