one of my molly babies is much bigger than the others and seems a bit frustrated about being cooped up in a breeder. I'm cycling a second tank for them at the moment and hope to move them into their new home at the weekend. They're almost 4 weeks old. Not sure how they'd get on with the fighter but probably if they are similar size to mine they'll be ok. Just putting them in a second tank so I can keep an eye on them and make sure they have enough to eat etc without being bullied and facing competition with the other tank mates for food.
The biggest baby has always been black, the others started off grey and are now looking like they will be silver (like their mum). Not sure about platy colouring but I would think you'll have a pretty good idea once they're a few weeks old.
