just wondering at what age normally they start to breed?

i have just aquired 5 large angels (i already had 2 small young ones, i know its a bad odd number but it will be sorted in the near future) and am hoping from this 7 to get at least one pair.

the largest is 18cm top fin to bottom fin, 15cm long, then they go down in size to my youngest two who are maybe the size of a 50p coin.

what signs should i look out for that a pair is forming?

how much 'fighting' is normal for angels when pairing up? ive seen the largest two picking on all the other angels, but not on any other fish? its getting to the point where im wondering are they pairing up? sorting out whos boss? or do they just hate the others?

they look old enough to breed, good waterchanges often bring about breeding, but as said, i have atleast 10batches of angel eggs,1st 6 never got off the ground, then i got to free swimming stage and everytime that was it
