I have a 7 month old 200l 3ft tank with external filter, bogwood, 20 fish and some plants and gravel. How much could i sell it for, and what is a reasonable price?

Well, if your selling it as a complete setup( which I believe you are), it would sell at about $300 ( that's about 150 pounds, I believe)

that's very good actually as i am hoping to buy a tank off n&d aquatics, and make it into a malawi cichlid tank. So i need some money to buy rocks and substrate. Also it is a full setup, cabinet aswell.
