How Much To Feed Your Fish

So I am thinking that maybe I am not feeding my tank enough..............


I have 3 silver mollies
5 platties
5 neon tetras
3 ghost shrimp


I feed them once a day, a fat pinch of some flake food (standerd fish food type) most of the food has been eating in about 3 mins or so but a lot of fish care websites i find say I should be doing that 2 times a day, whats the thinking among the members of this board

Well ive always been recommended to feed enough as they will eat in a few mintues so what your doing is fine to me.
some people like to feed more and some less depends on the person and fish.
Just make sure they are all getting some food.

It's always better to underfeed than to overfeed. A fish's stomach is around the size of their eye, that will help you estimate the amount to feed. Once daily is fine, unless you have fry or are conditioning breeders, than twice or 3 times daily is needed.
