Welcome to the forum Challdog.
You are feeding more than enough for a daily feeding. Why not get a good quality high protein flake food and some nice vegetable flake food. The platies, mollies and guppies will appreciate adding in the vegetable matter along with the pleco and algae eater.

What about live foods?

You can use live foods but be aware that the water they are in is not the sane as your aquarium water. Frozen bloodworm &/or brineshrimp will have your fish going potty for it without the risk.

I am not sure what Aqua Tom means but I use plenty of live and frozen foods. In general they should be treated as an occasional food only. The fish can really get most of their nutrients from any good quality flake food.
