How Much Sand Kg

How much sand will i need for a 190 litre tank? 100cm by 40ch? i have no perseption when it comes to Kg!!

I would say like 50kg if you want to plant it.

2 x 15kg bags of play sand was enough for my 200L tank with quite a deep layer.

i use like 60kg on my 164l! It still isnt deep enough!

pit sand in and its enough
