How Much Poo Is Normal?

I've noticed over the past few days my molly and plays are pooing a lot. Especially one platy in particular. Today 4 times she has pooed but they are loooonnnnggggg and sturdy ones iykwim. Sorry if that's tmi! Would you say I'm overfeeding? I feed a pinch of flakes 6 days per week and twice a week they get a treat such as shelled peas or brine shrimp. No feeding on Tuesdays.

Can't say for certain but th poo count in my tank and the activity of the fish improved no end when i started feeding every other day, sometimes i'll skip 2 days.

Has been close to a week but that was during meds.

Okk Cynic, I'll give that a go. I fed them this morning but I'll try every other day this week and see how it goes. Thanks.
