Should I put some of my fake floating duckweed in there?

I think you have enough duckweed in the breeder. I would say within 2-3 days she will drop since she hasn't already. I would keep the temperature constant or maybe raise it a degree or two. Otherwise, let nature take its course, your patience will pay off once you see how many babies that big girl is going to have. I would suggest letting her have them in the breeder and then taking her out once you see a good amount. She may have some more in the actual tank but they may hide and come out and you can net them and put them in the breeder with the others or they might get eaten but as long as you think she is pretty much done, then I would take her out of the breeder so you can save a good amount of fry.

raising and lowing the temperature would just stress her out. Adjusting the temperature normally is just to get the fish into heat so to speak. Just sit down, relax, and let nature (or whatever us humans call it) take place.

No babies yet...
blast, when i saw that you had posted i thought she had had them

Some fish like rainbows need increased temp to start spawning but with platys that statement is totally untrue.

wow she must be hurting a lot! I wonder how she feels thinking, "wow i had all of those in me..." lol.

You have for to post pictures once she has them. There are going to be a bunch or at least quite a few large ones.

hmhm wooowwwww.. mine had to have had hers sometime this week.. she's not big anymore... yet no babies in the tank.. so im guessing they got eaten.. poor things.. good luck with yours..
