How Much Filter Media To Use

Hi guys, I just bought an external filter (all pond solution 2000 L/H). I have a 100 litre tank and wondered how much active carbon to use and how much ceramic rings to use. It came with 2 sachets wud you recommend using both or jus 1 thanks.

Don't bother with the carbon unless you are trying to remove tannins from wood or medications and use all the ceramics.
