How Many Watts?

Hopefully someone can help me out as I'm unsure how many watts my tank lights are.

I've removed the light, its got two tubes going into one electrical block type connector and on the light it says the following

FSL
YDW36-HRR
2007-IV

So do those details mean anything?

Are the tubes linear? What diameter are they in inches? How long are they? The information should be printed on the tubes themselves.

I've double checked to see if there is anything further printed on the light but unfortunately there isn't, so I've got my tape measure out
15" long
just under 3/4" diameter
and the connector has 4 pins

It looks like this!

If that's the case and my tank is (Volume 13.2 Imp Gallons - 15.9US Gallons - 60Litres) I want to run a low tech tank with no CO2 or ferts so have I totally got the wrong light?

You can run light that bright over a low tech tank with no troubles. I have this one running 110 Watts of T5HO over a mere 40 breeder with no artificial ferts and no CO2. It just keeps on thriving.
