How many times should veggies be fed to fish, i fed peas and zucchini once a week but im thinking my cories may need more so should i give them veggies twice a week?
I also give them frozen blood worms and mysis shrimp, should that be each of them once a week or more??

Usually, I feed fresh veg three times a week and a block of frozen bloodworms twice a week. I find that a lot of veg in their diet, along with the live plants they have too, stops them getting constipated and the bloodworms are just a bit extra protene and a welcome treat.

Hmmmm, depends really mate. For instance I will only put in 2-3 2cm thick slices of cucumber every 2 weeks. These remain in the tank for a day or 2, , then I remove the skin.

There's really no need to feed fish Every day. All this does is increase the amount of waste being deposited in your tank, and placing more gunk in your filter, more work for your media, and leading to you doing more frequent water changes. Aim to feed your fish every other day :good:

One day, go for flakes and wafers

Day 2 - 0

Day 3 - Live food, small serving flakes.

Day 4 - 0

Day 5 - Veggies

Just ensure all your fish are getting food. Utilise sinking pellets, (i.e. tetra pellets) wafers, bottom dwellers, shrimp etc. and floaters for top dwellers :good:

Actually cories love high protein live foods. Feed them things like frozen brine shrimp or frozen daphnia a few times each week. I even feed mine live microworms. Those guys go nuts for nice meaty foods. Mine are trying hard to breed for me right now on a diet of mostly frozen meaty foods mixed about 50/50 with a top quality flake food.
I save veggies for things like my livebearers which are actually my main focus.
