How Many Times A Day Do You Feed Your Fry?

I feed mine shrimp in the am, flake at noon, and flake at night. I also do 50% water changes every day. They seem to be growing pretty fast.

First they get flake or pellet food. Then they get marine mix (prawn, fish & squid mixed up). Then frozen bloodworms or daphnia and then microworms or grindal worms. Followed by newly hatched brineshrimp.
They are usually full when the brineshrimp go in but the shrimp float around for several hours and gradually get picked up by the fish. It keeps them fuller for longer.

This smorgasbord is fed to them 3 times each day.
