I'm quite enjoying having my neon tetras shoaling around the tank, I have 10 of them in the group. Other fish include a dwarf chain loach, 4 kuhli and a red tail black shark (1 1/2 inch)

Going to rehome the shark when he gets bigger..

I saw some green tetras in my LFS and wondered if I could fit 10 of them in too or will that be too much for the tank size..

While you have good intentions of rehoming the RTBS when it gets bigger, it really needs to be rehomed ASAP, this fish should reach ~15cm and deserves/needs a tank far bigger than your 65l. By keeping it you are risking severe stunting of its growth and the cramped tank could feasibly cause it to lash out at your Kuhlis and Dwarf Chain Loach.

How come you only have one Dwarf Chain Loach? It either needs rehoming or needs 5 "friends", there are very social fish.

Rehoming the RTBS and getting some more Dwarf Chain Loaches completes your 65l stocking, definitely no room for another schooling species, for that you would need to have upgraded to a ~125l tank IMO.
