in the beginning, i told myself i was only gonna have 1 male and 2 female guppies . . . B-)

and then now . . . :X

i have 4 males and 8 females . . .

and there are tons of guppy frys on the way . . .

i can feel the frys trying to come into this world very soon! haha!

I have four guppies one male called muffin, (short for stud muffin) and three girls, just plain ones but they are fun to watch.

I love them and am waiting for their fry to come.

I have 2 males and 4 females. Just got them in the last week so no fry yet but that ok because we have platty fry.

I voted NO and seem to be the only one so far! I have no Guppies, I've got nothing against them but apparently my Betta will have so there are none in my tank!

I am thinking about getting some Platies though hence why i'm looking in the Livebearers section.

I have 3 male guppies. I didn't really want them but my kids had them in their small tank, but I had to take them over when they got bettas

I haven't added any females as I don't have the capacity to deal with fry.

I have about 200 guppies and there all going soonas they are old enough to go to the lfs

I adore my guppies, they are so funny. When I drop in pellets for my cichlids, they dive for them and balance them on thier bottom lip..... kinda like when a person tries to keep a Malteser up in the air over their mouth? really good to watch.

I still have a few guppies kicking around in my community tank but the fry stand no chances with the angel and the tetras and barbs in that tank. When I discovered endlers, the days of keeping guppies were over for me. The endlers are hardier, nicer looking, in my opinion, and I can help bring along a less well known fish by breeding and distributing them. For me, I need to be very careful not to allow my endlers to even see a guppy. Guppies and endlers can and do crossbreed as easily as swords and platies do. Since I want to keep my natural endlers, class Ns, properly, they are never allowed into the same tank and I make sure that anything that moves from one tank to the other has no hitch-hikers.

I don't have any guppies right now but I used to for many years.

I hate guppies and haven't kept them since they were my first fish about 15 years ago
