How Many Gallons Do I Need For 6 Adult Oscars?

Hmm, the thing is, out of 6 you'd most likely get at least one pair, which doesn't exactly help aggression wise...

I was thinking more of +220G's..

It all depends on the footprint (surface area) of the tank but going on standard sizes about 225 gallons which gives each pair the minimum of 75 gallons they require should do it. However this does not ensure that all 6 oscars will get along as one pair could still claim the entire tank as their own.

Probably just depends on the temperment of the Oscars... eventhough I'd say if you do get a pair out of them (which is probable) then even if they all do co exist they probably will be at war for a brief period when that pair is breeding. I've had some Oscars that have been mean to anything you put in the tank with them and others that are a docile as a community tank fish (once reaching adulthood that is).

will any of them get injured though?

well generally they'll get a little dinged up but it wont by any means be a fight until the death.... and I've never heard of Oscars fighting until one is too injured to fight anymore, for the most part oscars lock jaws, bite, and ram eachother which will result in some minor injuries but for the most part it wouldnt be severe
