Hi all. Some advise would be good.
I've just set up a 190l tank.
These are the fish I've stocked it with. Not sure if the mix is right or if I've got to many?????
2 angel fish
4 gourami
4 guppy
2 silver sharks
4 tetras
2 ballon mollie
2 short finned mollies
Be great if anyone can advise
Cheers

Hi welcome to the forum :)

Afraid that is too many fish in that size tank... a lot of them have specific needs as well, here are my tips

2 angel fish - Need tanks 18 inches deep as they have such long fins but general capacity is good :)
4 gourami - What species? Gourami and Angels in the same tank can cause problems, they often fight. Also which species of Gourami as so far we could have 6, 6 inch fish in the tank which is a bit much
4 guppy - fine :)
2 silver sharks - Grow massive, and are really active, these are probably the ones that need rehoming the soonest.
4 tetras - Which species? Need to be in a larger school, try to get all of one kind upto 10 this way you get the best looking shoal and a lot of activity.
2 ballon mollie - Fine, but can have health problems due to the deformity
2 short finned mollies - Not heard of this strain but assuming its just normal mollies - if so they are fine :)

Overall its not too bad, I would look at rehoming the Silver Sharks and probably the Gourami, then get 6 more Tetras :)

Hope thats helped

Angel fish and gouramis can get along but most dont, it depends what type you get I think that dwarf gouramis and angel fish have more of a chance at getting along.
Guppies are lovely little fish who seem to get on well with most other fish :)
The silver sharks do grow up to 16 inches and they are schooling fish so will prefer to be in groups, I dont think these are ideal for your tank or you could get them and not the angel fish or gouramis :/
Most tetras will probably be fine in your tank but like Wills said, they are schooling fish and are best in groups of ten or more of the same species :)
I dont know that much about balloon mollies but I know that they are quite peaceful fish and Since these fish are highly inbred the life expectancy is only a year to a year and a half.
Same as Wills, I have not heard of short finned mollies so i am guessing you mean a normal mollie, they are peaceful and calm fish :)

Hope I helped :)
