How Many Fish?

can anyone tell me the maximum amount of fish i can have in my new 2 ft tank? sorry dont know how many gallons or litres that is?

we need height width and depth. and it depends on the fish to how many you can have

my tank is 2ft x 1ft x 1ft

then it is roughly 15 gal, what sort of fish are you thinking of keeping?

Smaller fish, guppys, tetras etc and maybe something to help keep the tank clean, any ideas and how many??

if you want mixed sex guppies then get a trio 1m 2f, then 6 small tetras (cardinals/neons etc) then maybe a trio of shrimp?

or if you want all male guppies go 5 male guppies,6 small tetras,3 shrimp

You could also try a group of platies with at least 5 tetras. There are many tetra varities, so be sure to take a look at all of the different varities around. You could easily just fill your tank with tetra groups. Such as a 5 neon tetras with 5 glowlight tetras.

You could have 3females and 1 male Platy, and 5 tetras.
OR
3 female platies and 5 tetras, and 2 shrimp

There are many combinations and options. However just keep in mind that 1" of adult fish for every gallon of water in your tank. This means you can have up to a total of 15" of fish in the tank.
