How Important Is Tank Level?

Hey all so below is my picture of my tank with a spirit level:

Is having this slight imbalance going to be risky, or will it be ok?

better to get level if you can, mine is slightly off, bit annoying but had no ill affects as of yet

A very slight imbalance is not so bad but it does put pressure on your glass joints.
 
Think in your case, its a little too much to be sure of, if you can, you could add shims (thin pieces of wood or plastic) under the legs or cabinet where the imbalance is.
 
Be sure to get someone to help you out with this, don't be trying to lift any heavy weight by yourself and do yourself an injury. Better to be safe than sorry and that someone can help you figure things out etc etc

From the look of the light unit and brace bar that is a Juwel tank, these (unfortunately) have to be really level else you end up with condensation dribbles down the tank which destroy the stands.

I would try to even it out a little bit more, it is pretty difficult to get it exactly spot on but you can only do your best.
