Try pellets, but do be aware that Otos are not the easiest fish as they aren't always easy to get feeding. Another option could be to up your lighting in the hope that some algae will grow for them.

You could grow some algae in a jar, just put a bit of fish food in there and leave it in well lit place for a few days, wait for the algae to grow and transfer it to the tank.
