How fast should fish grow?

Hi guys,

My fish seem to grow quite slowly. For example, i've had my corys now for about 6 months and they don't seem to have grown at all!

I only feed them all once a day, but try to make sure they all get some. I know people who feed them more often and get better results (growth wise).

However, I work full time so could only manage twice daily realistically plus I don't want to overfeed or pollute the water.

Some fish grow very slowly, like clown loaches, and other more quickly, like plecs.

It depends what fish they are, how healthy they are and how much you feed them.
