How Do You Setup A Marina Floating 2 In 1 Fish Hatchery?

Hi I Was Just Wondering How to Setup The Marina Floating 2 in 1 fish hatchery because ive got baby mollies all the time buy they get eaten so i need to know to to set it up...other wise its going to stay on the side...Does it just float? attach on ??
